My journey

About me

I am a teacher of Zen Meditation (Daizan Skinner Roshi, Zenways 200 Hours IMTA accredited), Yoga, Yin & Elements (The Yoga People, 35 Hours YA Accredited), and Breathwork Teacher (Yogalap, 50 Hours IBF Accredited), dedicated to guiding people toward presence, clarity, and balance. Having transformed my own life from corporate burnout to mindful, heartful living, my work blends traditional Zen and Yogic practices with modern breath and movement techniques to create simple, embodied experiences that restore energy, focus, and wellbeing.

I have led classes, workshops, and retreats across three continents and at my own off-grid retreat space, Casa de Cura, which I co-created to provide a sanctuary for healing, slowness, and simplicity. My teaching style is gentle, inclusive, and heart-centered - helping participants step away from the noise of daily life, reconnect with themselves, and fully enjoy the experience of being.

Born in Paris and having lived across Europe and North America, I discovered mindfulness after burning out as a finance and technology executive in Los Angeles. Stepping away from a life disconnected from deeper purpose, I travelled through South-East Asia, where I encountered Zen and Tibetan Buddhism, Ayurveda, and the Yogic system. These practices helped me rediscover myself, and I now dedicate my life to embodying and sharing them for the benefit of others.

Happiness and suffering are just different waves in the tide - endless but temporary. Peace can only be realised when we stop clinging to either, and mindful awareness is the life jacket that ensures we are carried with them, not by them.
